I kind of toned down the eyeliner for my own version. Also, ignore the hair, I tried to make it super wavy but it failed so I straightened it over. Half of it was wasted on intro, sorry! Enjoy! I also don"t claim to look like Katy Perry. I modified some of the eye makeup so it would suit my Asian eyes.
